Improvements to existing features
- We have implemented the option to link multiple services to precare/aftercare templates
- When users are creating email templates, they can now select the type of email template they are creating (precare or aftercare) and select as many services they want from the dropdown menu.
- We have implemented the option to void account balance payments made via Stripe
- Users can void account balance payments made by clients, which will also be properly reflected on Stripe as well.
- We have improved the message on the Online bookings when there is no availability
- If the clinic has no available staff members, we have improved the message on the Online bookings portal with a popup message to contact the business via the phone number (provided in the business details section) to prevent loss of potential bookings.
- We have improved a breadcrumb and its click-through
- We have renamed âPaymentsâ to âWalletâ on the payment details screen and improved it so that whenever a staff member clicks on âWalletâ, it will open the wallet sidebar.
- We have improved the confirmation screen on the Online bookings portal
- We have improved the design of the booking confirmation screen when clients need to log in/register to be more user-friendly when opened from smartphones - the log-in and create-account are shown at the bottom all the time to ensure clients wonât forget to verify their appointment.
- We have made multiple design improvements to the connect portal
- We have improved multiple places on the Connect portal to reflect the primary color selected by users in the Online bookings/ Connect settings and made changes to the message we display when a client wonât be required to pay while booking an appointment.
- We have made multiple client card improvements
- We have improved the way in which we display inactive clients (in gray color).
- The ordering of the custom fields under setup is now reflected in the client card as well.
- The design for the âCreate> Communicationsâ menu is improved.
- When writing a letter, we have made the template field required.

Improvements being worked on
- Setup > Templates - introduction of the source code option
- Just like in Pabau Classic, staff members will be able to build custom communication templates and place their source code in Pabau.
- Automations feature - Audience - Product Name filter to show products
- The product name filter will work the same as the Service name filter, showing a list of products organized by the categories they belong to.
- Medical forms macros improvement that will allow users to enter a new line when typing
- When creating a new macro, the users arenât able to enter a new line; this task will improve on that and make it possible.
- Improving the settings for âTime intervalâ & âMinimum advanceâ
- Adding a field allowing the user to define if they wish the setting to be applied for minutes, hours, days, weeks, or months gives them more control and customization options per service.
- Show email templates in addition to aftercare (education) in the client pathway after section
- So far, we only showed the âEducationâ under aftercares, and with this task, we will also introduce any email aftercare templates created in the Template archive.
- Adding a search bar to the Clients > Labs page
- The âLabsâ page is now going to be searchable, with a search bar introduced within this page, on the top right-hand side.
