New features introduced
- AI in treatment notes in the Pabau GO iOS app
Echo AI for creating treatment notes is now also available on the Pabau app. It works in a very similar way to the web version of Echo AI. For more details on how the AI scribe works in the app, check out this guide.
We’ve also introduced new medical form components in the app.
- Payment Policy
The Payment Policy feature allows you to send payment links for services when booking appointments manually in the Calendar. You can choose how much of the total service price you want to request upfront, and when the remaining balance is due.
You can also send payment links to clients directly from the calendar with just a click after booking the appointment.

Improvements to existing features
- Added Loyalty page to the client portal
The client portal now features a Loyalty page, which allows patients to see how many points they have, how much they are worth are what actions they earned them for.
The page needs to be enabled from Setup > Client area > Features.
- More client stats and previously booked appointments
You can now view key client details directly in the appointment creation menu while booking. This includes the client’s three most recently booked services, total sales, total appointments, canceled appointments, no-shows, and their latest review score.
- Implemented merge option in the client card
You will now be prompted to merge clients when opening a duplicate client card.
- Updated package widget design
We’ve completed additional UI improvements to the package widget design for use on websites.
- Search bar in macros
We implemented a search bar in the macros feature, allowing you to quickly search for your macros.
- Improved Communication Templates page
We improved the Communication Templates page under Setup > Templates to show if a template is linked with some services and if it’s set to be sent automatically when those services are booked.
- Implemented converting quotes to invoices
You can now easily convert quotes into invoices through Money > Quotes, allowing patients to make payments directly in the clinic.
- Added automation description field
We’ve added an Automation Description field in the Settings tab when creating automations, allowing staff members to enter a description which will then be displayed in a tooltip next to the automation on the Automations page.
- Implemented Field Capture IDs
We’ve implemented field capture IDs for custom fields for Leads, Clients, and Appointments. These IDs are used so that the lead form added to a website can be configured properly and show any custom fields that you want to include.
- Added “Appear on Scheduler” setting in Team
We’ve added a new setting under Team > user profile, allowing you to choose whether a staff member should appear in the Scheduler.
- Document upload in lead cards
We’ve added the ability to upload documents to lead cards. A new “Document” option has been added in the Create button, allowing you to upload multiple documents at once. Once uploaded, documents are displayed in the lead card with the upload date, time, and the name of the user who uploaded them.
- Category filters added to inventory count
Product category filters have been introduced to streamline inventory counting. You can now filter products by category, with color-coded indicators: gray for fully counted categories, light blue for partially counted, and dark blue for the currently selected category.
- Clickable URLs in service descriptions
URLs added to service descriptions are now clickable when viewing the service in the online booking portal, making it easier to access linked information directly from the service page.
- Service cost field added to services setup
We’ve added a “Service Cost” field to the services setup page and reporting, allowing you to input and track the cost price of services.

We’re creating a Connect landing page that will enable your online booking portal to appear in Google search results.
- Improvements to quotes
We’re implementing the ability to create custom quote statuses via Setup > Objects, and adding a standard client notification template for sending quotes.
- Automation and broadcast for leads
You will soon be able to engage leads by sending them automations and broadcasts.
