:speech_balloon: Improvements to existing features

  1. Client card improvements
  • The voided tab no longer has a clickable Invoice number
  • The New Referral and Views buttons don’t overlap on hover
  • The Account balance amount in the payments tab is shown in green
  • The map in the client card has been improved to work for pharmacies
  • When writing a prescription via the client card, clients will be able to unfavorite drugs
  1. Notification system - The news URL is updated and now opens
  • Staff members can see the latest updates our team posts on the community forum
  1. Invoices - Staff can refund with other options than the payment is taken in
  • If the payment is taken via cash it can now be refunded in other payment methods. Please note that if payment is taken in cash, it cannot be refunded via Stripe, as we can refund to Stripe only payments taken via Stripe (we can, however, refund Stripe payments to other payment methods.

  1. Managing subscription is possible from the Avatar menu

  2. Pabau credits purchase - we have now added the credit rates for bundles

  3. POS - clients can search for services via the service code when they raise an invoice

  4. Labs page - we improved the tooltip text and made it clearer when a Requested Lab cannot be automated to include the reason why

  5. Setup > Labs & Pharmacies - we improved the scrollbar visibility when mapping services

  6. Analytics - We introduced a secondary person (assistant to the appointment) filter to appointment-related reports

  1. Wallet and payment terminals

This week’s updates related to this project are:

  • The Daily total amount is implemented on the right side of the date in the wallet ‘Day view’
  • Listing and adding bank accounts via Pabau is being tested
  • Charging our fees being implemented further
  • Further work is being made on the Wallet feature and the terminals
  1. Marketing plus wall implementation
  • Work is being done to finalize the tickets

  • Payment inside Pabau with memberships is ready for testing soon
  1. Cancellation policy

  • The cancellation policy has been adjusted to allow using money on account when a cancel policy is active for an appointment
  • Cancellation of appointment via Connect is still being worked on

  • Dispute details design is being implemented
  1. Payout details - Stripe data in Pabau

  • Users can now click on Payouts from the wallet and open a new page with payout details

  • Backend work on the payment policy screen has been finalized, and banners and auto-email invoice behavior are being added in POS
  • Partial payment via connect is in the testing stage
  1. Doctolib integration
