New features introduced
- Calendar lock screen
Now you can lock your calendar with a passcode, ensuring only authorized staff can access or edit it, with extra security options for shared devices.
Improvements to existing features
- Appointment details are now displayed at a glance
In addition to the appointment tooltip, you can now customize the appointment details displayed in the calendar appointment blocks.
- Review widget redesign
We have redesigned the website reviews widget to improve readability, user interaction, and overall presentation.
- Yearly subscription
You can now upgrade to a yearly subscription on any plan directly from the subscription management page.
- Auto-creation of Connect account is now made possible
If a client with a client card doesn’t have a Connect account, one will be created automatically when they receive a request to fill out a form or click a link (e.g., cancel or reschedule) from the email confirmation.

Improvements being worked on
- Lab inbox and custom labs
We’re introducing the Lab Inbox into Pabau, allowing you to view all lab test results returned from labs. We’ll also enable the creation of custom labs.
- Connect landing page
We’re creating a Connect landing page that will enable your online booking portal to appear in Google search results.
- Improvements to quotes
We’re implementing the ability to create custom quote statuses via Setup > Objects, and adding a standard client notification template for sending quotes.
- Bulk client registration for online booking
We’re introducing a feature to invite all your clients to access your online booking portal in bulk. They’ll receive everything they need to start booking their appointments online.
- More client stats and previously booked appointments
You will be able to view more details about a client and their past appointments directly from the calendar while booking an appointment.
