For all our services, we send a general health questionnaire + a service-specific form i.e. if its a facial, we send a skin questionnaire.
Therefore, this is not a treatment note but rather a ‘prescreening’ questionnaire. At the moment we set this up as a treatment note. Is there any chance we can have another feature where any additional prescreening forms can be saved?
Whilst it is unlikely we will add more form types, It may be that we will be renaming ‘Treatment Note’ in Pabau 2 (as opposed to adding another form type). If you check out the link below:
