When patients are completing a questionnaire, they usually do it using their phones so it would be a much better experience if they were able to complete it in a more user-friendly version as the current one

While the form is optimized for as many screen sizes as possible, I do agree that there is always room for improvement.
Please do feel free to contact support sharing more information about the screen sizes of the devices where you believe improvement is needed.
