We have 2 appointment types 1) consultation in clinic and 2) surgery in hospital. The option to have 2 different reminders (e-mail & SMS) based on the appointment type (as each apt has different instructions and locations). This could be assigned through the ‘category’ in services. We currently put all the details in the one e mail which creates confusion.
