After a person has enquired about our services through the contact form, we will be sending emails from Pabau to them providing more information about our services. The email is ‘no reply’. We are concerned that the client having to open a new email in order to reply will decrease the responses we get or they will click reply anyway. Is there anything that can be done to enable a reply option to the email they receive? This was possible in our old software (practicepal) due to the fact that our email was integrated with Pabau.

You can activate the enterprise email option, so that the email sender is an email of your choice. Do note however, that you will require technical assistance to insert DKIM and SPF records.
