Pabau only supports the old RingCentral application.
This application is now no longer available as such there is no integration. Peter has advised this will be part of Pabau 2.0 - do we have a timescale for this as the integration between RingCentral / Pabau is why the systems were chosen.
I agree this would be SUPER useful for a CRM!!
We actually have plans to integrate our own caller functionality in Pabau - would you prefer to see integrations with caller providers such as RingCentral? - is there a particular feature that you like in ringcentral such as reporting/dashboards?
For us it is more the automated lead creation / contact card loading that we would use
