It would be great if we could send review request emails directly from the iPads - would be nice to include an option when completing an appointment to have the option to send a request there too.

You can automate the sending of survey emails as described in this article Using Social Surveys | Pabau Help Center
This will apply across all appointments.
If you’re referring to the section where you can send aftercare / recall from the app, again the automated emails will accomplish the same.
