We send out ‘review forms/questionnaires’ to see how clients are doing x weeks after their course of sessions. We normally tend to do it a week, 4 weeks and 3 months post treatment. But it’s rather tricky on pabau.
I understand recalls can do this but recalls are not activated/triggered following package sessions application. In this case, staff need to do manually trigger it which can be very hard to remember due to their busy schedule.
Can this be implemented somehow? So these can be triggered on the very last session of a package?
