Any idea on when SMS automations will be functional. This is a large part of our patient communication, retention, and acquisition.

Regarding the SMS automations, they are currently under development and should be coming to pabau soon. I cannot specify a date as aside from development heavy testing is preformed on new features.
Look out for the release notes where we will announce the feature going live.
