It would be nice to have an option to hide staff members surnames from the online booking system or simply have one letter instead (For example… Jasmine S) rather than having to change it on the staff mananger.
Also it would be nice to be able to group multiple bookings together without having to have them input separately so patients don’t get multiple reminder emails and follow up emails when they are automated.
