Thanks for the suggestion - this is something we have planned in our next version of the app known as ‘Sensitive Photo’ feature.

If you are taking a picture which is deemed to be sensitive, the photo will be blurred at first glance on the client profile. In order to ‘unblur’ the photo, you would need to have the necessary permissions.
