We’re trying to work out how busy we are in the clinic, i.e. what % of the time a staff member has available for bookings is booked with patients.
We’re otherwise only able to look through the diary on a day-by-day basis to see how many minutes/hours of appointments are booked which is fairly inaccurate and cumbersome.
In the Staff Hours report you can add the custom fields Potential time and Worked time, however neither provides useful data to help work out utilisation. If these worked or similar was added, this would be very helpful
